THE NEW MUSEUM IS TAKING SHAPE

At the Museum we are working hard on creating new exhibitions. The move from the original location in Risskov means a loss of atmosphere. We are trying to compensate for that by focusing on the importance of details in the presentation and experience of the new exhibitions, for instance by integrating authentic details and objects from the old buildings in Risskov which may provide a more corporeal experience of the historical aspect. Here some old windows that were discarded in connection with the renovation of Bindesbøll’s beautiful buildings will get a new life in the coming permanent exhibitions of the Museum.
